Making A Purchase
Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
Customers are able to create a customer account having order information, address data and other user information like e-mail address stored on a Pappdorf server. All information entered during order process will be stored on this server. While using such an account customers do not have to re-enter all address data etc. while ordering a 2nd time. All order information of your former shopping tour is available, too.
Access your account with login and referring password.
Your account and all saved data can be deleted on your request. Please e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you wish to specify a specific delivery date for your purchase you can advise us at the checkout stage using the "further notes" box. You can also request that the goods be delivered to an address other than the invoice/billing address.
Where orders are received at a weekend, they will be processed on the next working day ie Monday with the exception of a bank holiday (Germany).
We regret we are unable to dispatch goods until paid for unless credit terms have been agreed.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
